Graduate Customer Services Exec - €25 - 26k - Excellent Career Opportunity. An extremely challenging, varied and busy position requires a third level qualification with 6 months - 1year solid experience dealing with customers within a sales and marketing department. Operating as part of an experienced team you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high level of quality customer service. You must thrive in a busy and professional environmen. You should be well driven, have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, self motivated and resourceful. Ambition should be to source, grow, develop and maintain customer confidence. Duties will include identifying and progressing new sales opportunities within existing customer base. Act as back up to team of Business Development Management. Full customer/key account brief. Daily liaison with key customers to ensure their requirements are being met. A high level of customer contact is required delivering an attitude that is positive and enthusiastic.
